Captain Clegg and the Night Creatures

"Captain Clegg" is a horror film from 1962 that is known in the United States as "Night Creatures". Captain Collier and his sailors are sent by the Royal Crown to investigate reports of illegal smuggling in an 18th-century English coastal town, and are confronted with mysterious Marsh Phantoms. The town vicar, a.k.a. Captain Clegg is played by Peter Cushing.

"Captain Clegg and the Night Creatures" is the faux-band, fronted by Austin's own Jesse Dayton, who destroy Haddonfield's 4th Annual Phantom Jam in Rob Zombie's H2 (Halloween 2) scheduled for release on August 28. Jesse Dayton is also remembered as half of "Banjo & Sullivan" from 2005 Zombie film The Devil's Rejects.

This week they are in the studio putting on the finishing touches to the soundtrack.
